*Pre-Order* Hand Quilted Repurposed Army Green Carhartt Jacket
This one of a kind, quilted jacket is repurposed and remade by hand from an army green Carhartt shirt.
The original garment was completely deconstructed and is being remade with new layers. It features a machine quilted outer layer with interlining that sandwiches a layer of fine, but warm, cotton wadding. Button up front will be as original item and 2 large concealed pockets will be added into the side seams.
The piece is finished off with rows of a hand quilted cross stitch in between the striped machine quilting in a contrast white stitch, a process which takes many hours to complete.
*Current Make Stage : Hand Quilting in progress*

- Preloved Information
Items are made with preloved vintage and second garments and textiles. As such they may show signs of age from storage or wear related use including the likes of fold lines, discolouration, markings, repair work and stitch marks. I think these imperfections all add to the uniqueness and charm of the garments story and I hope you think so too!
Please refer to the photos and of course anything major will be highlighted in the description above.
