Shipping

Where possible your order will be shipped as soon as possible or within 3 working days via a next day tracked and signed for service, your delivery will require a signature.

You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way to you.

International shipping will be added soon – please contact me if you live outside the UK and would like to purchase and I can process this as soon as possible.

Exchanges

As the items are one off, they come as they are so if your jacket doesn’t fit quite right or you don’t like the colour – I’m afraid there won’t be an exact alternative in a different size or colour but of course you may exchange for another item.

Returns

If you are unhappy for any reason and wish to return an item then please get in touch by email to hello@recutrom.com as soon as possible to discuss the next steps. Please include your reason for returning your item, your order details and photos if necessary.

I ask that you send your item back within 14 days of receiving – unworn, unwashed and with any tags still on. A refund will be made to the original payment method (not including the original shipping cost) once the item has been received back, checked over and your return is approved.

Please note I am unable to cover any costs associated with the return and cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit so please package carefully and I recommend shipping with a tracked and insured service.

Returned items, once thoroughly checked of course, will be added back into the shop.
