Quilted Repurposed Blue Denim Levi's Jacket
This warm, one of a kind, quilted jacket is remade by hand from repurposed vintage and second hand textiles.
Completely un-made to be re-made, a worn and super soft vintage blue denim orange tab Levi’s shirt has been used for the outer shell of this jacket. The metal press studs have all been kept as original.
It features an angled machine quilted outer layer with interlining that sandwiches a layer of fine, but warm, autumn weight cotton wadding.
There is visible darning on this jacket, in cotton embroidery thread, to cover some nicks and strengthen some worn areas including the inside hem, the collar and one larger repair on the right sleeve near the wrist.
For a weightier finish, this jacket has a lining cut from a thickly woven surplus army blanket that is brushed on the inside for an extra layer of warmth. The lining includes added interior patch pockets and as always, the garment is stamped to show it is a repurposed item with all original labels included for reference.

- Preloved Information
Items are made with preloved vintage and second garments and textiles. As such they may show signs of age from storage or wear related use including the likes of fold lines, discolouration, markings, repair work and stitch marks. I think these imperfections all add to the uniqueness and charm of the garments story and I hope you think so too!
Please refer to the photos and of course anything major will be highlighted in the description above.
